A wonderful stay in a wonderful property. The food was incredible, wine tour really interesting and the spa was excellent. Highly recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous. Leading up to our stay the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I was able to arrange some truly beautiful flowers and champagne for our room for my wife's birthday. If you stay in the vats, I recommend parking in the lot and leave your bags, then walk back up to check-in. It will save you some carrying. Check in was smooth and we were actually shown to our rooms directly and had the opportunity to ask questions of the wonderful front desk women. The rooms are amazing, as are the grounds. Plan for a wine tasting and tour before dinner and DO NOT MISS LA COOPERATIVE RESTAURANT. We had a large party and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu and wine pairings at this green Michelin starred restaurant. Every dish was truly incredible.

Room was quite small. TV was old. Furniture was dated. Service is wonderful. All the staff are great. Had lunch. Have many times. Was good but turkey course was tough and I think not right for a gourmet meal. I know this is an eco environment but AC in the main dining room is needed.

Very dark and hot room. No cooling system . Strange smell all over. Restaurant was full booked and we had to eat in some pop up restaurant on below floor. Wi-Fi connection was not working. I was going to do some work there also but we had to leave away to get network working.

A wonderful and charming house in the midst of a peaceful and relaxing scenery. We enjoyed particularly the day activities with Jonathan who managed to accommodate the weather and give us a memorable wine experience from visiting the vinyard to seeing the wine in the making and finishing with an insightful tasting and a good french cheese plate. Go there if you want to explore one of the finest french wines.

Beautiful calm atmosphere. Wonderful 9 Couse Valentine's set menu. Took 3 hours to enjoy the meal. Triple height ceiling, limited tables so service excellent. Need to reserve in advance. Email confirmation quick and efficient at answering queries. Be aware though...very expensive. A lovely treat when you want to spoil yourselves !

A beautiful peaceful hotel and restaurant. Our room opened out on to a terrace with views over the valley, a lovely place to sit and relax. We had the five course set menu at dinner with four wines chosen to compliment each course - delicious and quite an experience. At over 500 EUR for one night including dinner for two this is an expensive hotel but everyone needs to spoil themselves occasionally.

This restaurant has no clue what the word Customer service means. We reserved a table a month ago for our anniversary and we come tonight to celebrate and are told we can't eat there because the receptionist made a mistake and didn't book us probably. They said they couldn't do anything and made us leave, said they were full. they didn't even care at all! we drove 30 minutes there for a reservation for our anniversary only to be sent out. they said they were booked! It was their mistake! they should have done something to make sure we were taken care of! this restaurant is rude and has no idea what customer service means! thanks a lot for ruining our anniversary! we got to drive home at 8:30pm without food because other restaurants are closed! Don't waste your time here, unless you like driving for nothing and having your special days ruined!
